Returns & Exchanges

At Tokyo Station, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then attach it firmly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
